Ready to Work Business Collaborative Structure

RTWBC is an employer-led collaboration. Our leadership is derived from employer committee members who develop RTWBC objectives and directives. 


A US economy in which employers leverage Ready To Work talent as a key asset toward achieving their business goals.


  • Educate the broader employer community on the business case for “inclusive hiring”, the benefits of employing individuals who are ready to work, and best practices to accelerate employment opportunities in an increasingly complex labor market.

  • Leverage the collective action of employers to advance inclusive hiring goals in ways that benefit the group, but would be hard for one employer to do alone.

  • Accelerate the development of tools and technology that enable employers to achieve their talent and inclusion goals.

  • Influence public policy and workplace vendors to enable strategies which increase employment opportunities for individuals who are ready to work.
