Beverly M. Riddick

Beverly M. Riddick is an accomplished nonprofit executive leader with a vision of social and economic equity for all people. At RTWBC Riddick leads an employer-led collaborative effort to build sustainable talent pipelines by promoting inclusive hiring practices targeted at ready to work talent.  For over 20 years, Riddick applied her executive leadership skills to both local and national nonprofits with a mission of serving overlooked population sectors who face barriers to economic prosperity. Riddick expanded and converted start-up nonprofits into organizations with the tools and resources to provide economic access to men, women and young people.

Prior to joining the RTWBC management team, Riddick served as Executive Director of Homes of Montclair Ecumenical Corp. (HOMECorp) where she developed and implemented community revitalization programs and initiatives targeted at low, moderate and middle income families. At HOMECorp Riddick developed 112 affordable units and provided financial counseling for over 8,000 residents. 

Riddick launched her professional career in commercial real estate banking where she managed a $20 million portfolio.  

Riddick has a Masters degree in Public Policy Analysis from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College.

 

Program Specialist — Joan Andrews

Joan Andrews

Joan Andrews is an experienced leader in business development and talent acquisition with a background in program management and coaching. Joining RTWBC as a turn to her career, Joan brings her corporate experience to provide thought leadership on inclusive hiring in corporate talent acquisition. She develops educational programs to promote inclusive hiring practices serving overlooked and underrepresented populations that face barriers in employment. 

Ms. Andrews’ leadership experience includes developing a national sales and recruiting teams and developing training programs for entry level recruiters and sales professionals. During her time in the corporate workforce, she felt compelled to give back by delivering coaching sessions to dislocated workers where she provided guidance with resume construction, interviewing, networking, and search strategies.

Prior to joining the RTWBC management team, Ms Andrews held several positions that provided technical staffing solutions to Fortune 100 companies for over 20 years.
