'Ready To Work' Talent - Success & Measurement

Employers agree that innovation is necessary to meet the future needs of the workforce. The Ready To Work Business Collaborative hosted its 3rd in a series of leadership round table sessions to promote thought leadership and collaboration to improve inclusive hiring practices and enable hiring of ready to work talent, often overlooked populations due to unintentional bias, not having the facts or data that shows benefits. Ready to work talent encompasses veterans, the long term unemployed, people with disabilities and opportunity youth.

The day covered conversations with employers including Microsoft, CVS Health, Hilton Worldwide and others. We had discussion groups incorporating Improving Retention, Apprenticeships, Work-based Learning.
