Joan AndrewsJoan Andrews, Program Specialist for RTWBC, is an experienced leader in business development, talent acquisition, and experience in program management and coaching. Ms. Andrews’ leadership experience includes developing a national sales and recruiting teams, developing training programs for entry-level recruiters and sales professionals. During her time in corporate workforce, she felt compelled to give back through coaching sessions of dislocated workers, providing guidance with resume construction, interviewing, networking and search strategies.
Jason CameronJason Cameron leads Workforce Development efforts for Pacific Gas and Electric Company including serving as a senior team member that supports PG&E’s Veteran Recruiting efforts.  One such program includes  PowerPathway which responsible for finding the right candidates to fulfill PG&E’s operational needs.  Veteran candidates are ideal to recruit for this program, lending their operational and technical experience from the military into operational functions within PG&E.
Jason joined PG&E in 2013, bringing nearly a decade of experience as a project supervisor and program manager. Previously,  Mr. Cameron developed workforce development training programs for the San Jose/Evergreen Community College District.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Boise State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.
 
Jim BeamsderferJim Beamesderfer is a Vice President for Prudential’s Office of Veterans Initiatives. He is responsible for the company’s internal military talent hiring programs, which includes supporting Diversity and Inclusion activities, implementing the communications strategy and overseeing philanthropic activity in coordination with internal business partners. Jim joined Prudential in 1997. Prior to his current role, he was a director, Information Systems in Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance business Prior to joining Prudential, Beamesderfer was a captain in the U.S. Army, serving six years in Infantry units.
Beamesderfer has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
 
Carl VickersCarl Vickers, Military Relations Manager for PeopleScout is a driven and dedicated Military programs and Veteran Outreach Specialist. As a prior U.S Air Force veteran with disabilities, I have been on the other side of the desk and understand the skills, culture and real abilities our nations finest have to offer the civilian world in both technical and leadership roles in any organization. My passion and drive is to support and meet the needs of those who have served, currently serving and their families. 
As the Veteran Strategy Lead for Peoplescout I work to assist fellow Veterans and their spouses in the search for gainful employment through the creation of strategic sourcing, outreach and relationship development for our clients on a global scale. Program management, SOP development, career counseling, transition assistance and client services.
 
Ed ParryEd Parry is the Northeast Region Operations Manager for Workforce Opportunity Services.  He manages numerous Veteran and young adult programs with WOS’ partner companies.  He joined the WOS team in January 2013. Ed retired from the U.S. Navy in 2011 after 20 years of service, where he was a member of various P-3 Orion aircraft squadrons and served as a Full-Time Support Officer with the Navy Reserve. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)s.
